How to order your bespoke gift
If you have an idea for a bespoke personalised gift, and would like to discuss this, please contact us using one of the following options

Once you contact us we will contact you back to discuss your requirements and design ideas.
When we have a good idea of your needs we will create artwork on your behalf and present that to you via email.
You do not need to accept our first iteration of your design.
If you want changes it is important you tell us your concerns or constructive criticism so we can make the necessary changes to give you the best product.
Our team have no ego about our design, it is your vision that is important to us and we want you to feel this is a fully collaborative process, of which you are in control of.
Once you are happy with the design and are happy for us to create the gift, we will ask for half payment of the product which is NON REFUNDABLE, this is to cover time spent on design.
Once the design has been created we will send you video, pictures or both for your inspection and if you are happy with the gift we will finalise the payment plus any delivery charges applicable.
Delivery will be by the Post Office or a courier (insurance protected against damage or loss) and a tracking number emailed to you for your information.
